Our Services
La Roja Travel provides guided tour experiences in Shenzhen, China, focusing on technology and innovation. Our tours include activities such as robotaxi rides, drone delivery experiences, and visits to tech flagship stores.
Booking and Payment
Booking Process
- All bookings are subject to availability
- A booking is confirmed only after successful payment
- You will receive a confirmation email with tour details
Pricing
- All prices are listed in Chinese Yuan (CNY)
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- Group tours are priced per group (up to specified number of people)
Payment
- Payment is processed securely through Stripe
- Full payment is required at the time of booking
- We accept major credit cards
Cancellation Policy
Customer Cancellations
- 24+ hours before tour: Full refund
- Less than 24 hours: No refund
Our Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel tours due to extreme weather, safety concerns, or insufficient participants. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Tour Participation
Requirements
- Valid passport or ID required
- Arrive at the meeting point on time
- Follow guide instructions for safety
- Wear comfortable walking shoes
Conduct
Participants must behave respectfully toward guides, other participants, and local residents. We reserve the right to remove participants who engage in disruptive or inappropriate behavior without refund.
Liability
Limitation of Liability
La Roja Travel acts as a facilitator for tour experiences. While we take reasonable precautions to ensure safety, participation in our tours is at your own risk. We are not liable for:
- Personal injury or accidents during tours
- Loss or damage to personal belongings
- Delays or cancellations beyond our control
- Actions of third-party service providers
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and personal belongings.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of La Roja Travel and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
Photos and Media
We may take photos or videos during tours for promotional purposes. By participating in our tours, you consent to the use of such media. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform your guide.
Changes to Tours
We reserve the right to modify tour itineraries due to weather, local conditions, or other factors. We will make reasonable efforts to provide comparable alternatives when changes are necessary.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation or, if necessary, through the courts of Shenzhen.
