Getting to Bao'an
From the airport: Metro Line 11 connects Bao'an Airport directly to Houhai/Nanshan (35 min) and Futian (45 min). Or take a Pony.ai robotaxi to Nanshan (25 min, ¥35–50) — now available since March 2026.
From Nanshan: Metro Line 11 connects Houhai with Bao'an Airport directly. For Qianhai, use Line 5 or a regular taxi depending on your exact destination.
From Hong Kong: Shenzhen Bay Port (深圳湾口岸) is in western Bao'an/Nanshan. Buses from Hong Kong arrive here directly. Alternatively, airport ferry from Hong Kong Skypier connects to Shenzhen Airport in 30 minutes.
Tip: If arriving at Shenzhen Airport and heading to tech attractions, skip the metro and try the robotaxi — it's your first taste of Shenzhen's autonomous tech before the tour even starts.
