The venue lists English-speaking floor staff and bilingual labels. Request dedicated English assistance when booking; confirm the language of any specialist session separately.

Its published payment options are RMB cash, WeChat Pay, WeChat Pay HK, Alipay, UnionPay App, worldwide UnionPay cards and overseas Visa, Mastercard or American Express. The official visit form distinguishes a free self-guided visit from paid consultation and guided service. Use its message field to describe the visit you need. Free admission does not establish that a dedicated guide or workshop is free.

Include these details in one request:

1. Your date, preferred time, organization and number of participants.
2. The exact activity: humanoid demonstration, exoskeleton, introductory 3D printing or another workshop.
3. Your learning goal and whether you need an English explanation.
4. The children's ages if you are arranging a class for them.
5. A request for the total price, session length, payment instructions and any group-size or supervision limits.

Before setting off, look for a reply confirming the activity and time. Filling in a request form is the start of the arrangement, not confirmation that a technician or class place is reserved.
