Your booking is fully refundable until the company-visit plan is mutually confirmed. After confirmation, cancel at least 7 days before the tour for a full refund; later cancellations may deduct non-recoverable host, transport, or third-party costs. If we cannot confirm an agreed program, you may choose an alternative route, reschedule, or receive a full refund.
